The service
Hoglt (Tikoncha in Uzbekistan) is a screen time and parental control service made by NEW EDU MChJ, Uzbekistan: the child app, Hoglt Parent, the Hoglt Telegram bot and hoglt.com.
Who may use Hoglt
Parents and legal guardians, and people who want to manage their own screen time. A child's account must be set up and used with a parent or guardian, who is responsible for it. You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure.
Fair use of parental control
Install and use Hoglt only on your own device or on the device of a child you are legally responsible for. Using Hoglt to monitor another adult, or anyone without the right to do so, is forbidden. Hoglt does not hide itself: the child can see the rules and that the app is installed.
What you must not do
- Break the law or the rights of others.
- Get around the service, attack it, or access data that isn't yours.
- Copy, resell or reverse engineer the apps, except where the law allows it.
- Misuse SOS, chat or the AI features (for example, harassment or false alarms).
SOS and safety features
Hoglt is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number. SOS, danger-zone warnings and the on-device chat and image checks help, but they depend on the phone, its permissions, the network and the data available, and they can miss things or be wrong.
Subscriptions (PLUS)
PLUS adds features on top of the free version. Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are billed and renewed by Apple or Google; manage or cancel them in your store settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Refunds follow the store's rules. Payments in Uzbekistan through Click or Paylov follow the terms shown at checkout. We will tell you in advance about price changes.
AI features
AI answers are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Don't rely on them for medical, legal or safety decisions.
Content
You are responsible for what you send in Hoglt Chat and to the AI. We may remove content or limit accounts that break these terms. The apps, the name Hoglt and our designs belong to NEW EDU MChJ.
Other services
Some features work with services such as Telegram, Instagram or YouTube. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for them. Our YouTube channels are run with the YouTube API Services: by watching or using them you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
Ending your use
You can stop using Hoglt and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
Liability
Hoglt is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Uzbekistan, without taking away the mandatory protection of your country's consumer law. If we change the terms, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app. Questions: info@hoglt.com.
