About Hoglt

By the Hoglt team · Updated 19 October 2026

Hoglt is a parental control and screen time app for school kids: a parent sets school time, daily limits and bedtime on the child's phone once, and only the parent's PIN can undo them.

What does Hoglt do?

Hoglt runs a child's phone through the school day. A parent sets school time, daily limits and bedtime once, blocks websites by the pack, and gives tasks that earn coins. On iPhone it is built on Apple's Screen Time; on Android it is a full parental control app. The child can see the rules and ask for more time.

Hoglt and Tikoncha

Hoglt is the global name of Tikoncha. In Uzbek and Russian the apps are still called Tikoncha; everywhere else they are Hoglt.

Which apps are there?

Hoglt — the child app: on Google Play; for iPhone, coming soon.
Hoglt Parent — the parent app: on the App Store and Google Play.
Ustoz Tikoncha — for teachers, on the App Store.

In October 2026 Tikoncha took Hoglt as its global name.

Who makes Hoglt?

Hoglt is developed by NEW EDU, the team behind Tikoncha. See NEW EDU on the App Store and Google Play. Teachers use our Ustoz Tikoncha app.

What do we stand for?

Rules a child can see — not a spy. A closed app says why.
Calls always work.
Know as little as needed: per-app usage on iPhone stays on the device, we don't see Telegram messages, and nothing is collected for advertisers. See privacy.
Free to start; PLUS only for extras.
