Which apps get closed?
Only the apps and sites a parent chooses, at the times and places the parent sets.
Can my child just delete it?
Not while protection is on. The controls inside the app open only with the parent's PIN.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The core restrictions keep working offline. New rules need a connection to download.
Does an iPhone need Family Sharing?
No. The phone's owner allows Screen Time access once with Face ID or the passcode.
Can a school set it up?
Yes. A school can set the lesson hours and the school area. Teachers use the Ustoz Tikoncha app.
What does it cost?
Hoglt is free to start. Hoglt PLUS adds unlimited custom schedules, location-based rules, full weekly statistics and Shield mode on Android.
Why is it called Tikoncha in some stores?
Hoglt is the global name of Tikoncha. In Uzbek and Russian the app is still called Tikoncha.
Does Hoglt work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. The parent app is on Google Play and the App Store. The child app is on Google Play; the child app for iPhone is coming soon.
How does a parent unlock an app?
A child can ask from their phone. The parent opens it from the parent app, or with the PIN on the child's phone for 15–60 minutes.

How do I link the parent app?
Install Hoglt Parent on your phone and enter the short code shown on the child's phone. Rules from the parent app then arrive by themselves.
Does website blocking work in Safari?
